WHISPERS OF THE FOREST

This full-day retreat is a nature-rooted ceremonial experience held in community. Through mindful dosing with ZumGarden’s blends, grounding forest bathing, sensory sound journey, and soul-led integration, we create a safe container for healing, visioning, and transformation with certified trauma informed facilitators and somatic integration guidance.

This ceremonial experience is a call to slow down to explore microdosing to support nervous system restoration and soul remembering.

To uphold the integrity and safety of our ceremonial container, participation in any Sacred Earth Medicine Ceremony requires the following steps:

1. Intake & Preparation Form

   All participants must complete and submit a confidential Intake & Preparation Form at least 2 months prior to the ceremony date. This allows time for trauma-informed screening, relationship-building, and alignment with your unique needs and readiness.
