Join our peer supported 90 Day Integration Circle for individuals who have been navigating their healing journey alone. This guided and trauma-informed community circle provides a safe space to explore the benefits of natural resources to help calm your nervous system, enabling you to access the wisdom within. Join this self-paced journey to discover holistic ways towards healing and well-being. 2025 Seasonal Offerings: SPRING: March - May (Retreat March 21 - 23 ) *Apply before March 7th FALL: September - November (Retreat October 20 - 22) *Register before September 7th How to apply for the next 90 Day Healing Journey: 1. We will schedule a private 15 minute call with our community facilitators Weekly - 1:1 or Group Prep + Integration Sessions Bi-Weekly - Online Holistic Health Guidance with Guest Speaker (Tuesdays 12pm-12:45pm) *recordings available to review these live sessions. Monthly - Ceremonial Gathering (Cacao + Movement + Sound) 3 Day Weekend Retreat at Loon Lake Lodge Join one of our monthly Water Your Mind Art Exploration to connect with our facilitators and learn more about the 90 Day Healing Journey!
Cancellation Policy
We’re so glad you’re booking time to care for yourself. To keep things running smoothly, all sessions at Healing Sounds Studio must be booked in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule a 1:1 appointment, just let us know at least 24 hours ahead. For group sessions or classes, we ask for 48 hours’ notice to offer you a credit. Missed or late cancellations are non-refundable, but if we ever need to cancel, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
