This is a gentle practice that supports your nervous system, invites deep rest, and offers a moment of peace in a busy world. All are welcome—no experience needed.

Cancellation Policy
We’re so glad you’re booking time to care for yourself. To keep things running smoothly, all sessions at Healing Sounds Studio must be booked in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule a 1:1 appointment, just let us know at least 24 hours ahead. For group sessions or classes, we ask for 48 hours’ notice to offer you a credit. Missed or late cancellations are non-refundable, but if we ever need to cancel, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
