This sound bath offering is for new Moms + Newborns. Explore healing sounds that help with connection, calming, and improving sleep. Each week we will gather to share and listen, building healthier relationships with our bodies, babies and community. Book now to save your spot each week giving flexibility and space for arrival time as schedules shift or mornings are slow. Storage for your mat, blanket and pillow is offered so we can prepare the studio for your arrival each week. Welcome to your favourite mid week activity and nap time.
