Service Description

Offering a trauma informed space in community to listen, witness and share your truth. As we slowly learn to trust again, we deepen our understanding of what safer spaces feel like, allowing the opening of our hearts for release of held trauma in our bodies. Join our small group of women who show up each month to move, fell, and release.
